But many companies want to show fast results. That can lead to short-term thinking instead of focusing on real, long-lasting change.

Even with all these challenges, measuring impact is important. It helps companies learn what’s working and what’s not. It builds trust with the public and shows they’re serious about helping, not just making promises.

The key is to start small, stay honest, and keep learning. CSR is not just about giving—it’s about making a difference. And that starts with understanding the real impact.
